Nuvo Nivo “Origine” Barbera 2022 is a low-intervention, natural red wine produced as a collaborative project between the UK wine importer Modal Wines and winemaker Paolo Malfatti of the Cascina Zerbetta estate in Piedmont, Italy. The “Nuvo Nivo” label (French for “new level”) represents custom collaborations designed to create accessible, sustainably farmed wines.
