Maxime Trijol Classic XO is a highly-rated, multi-cru Extra Old Cognac crafted by a sixth-generation family-owned estate. Unlike single-cru releases, this “Classic” variant masterfully blends eaux-de-vie sourced from several growing areas across the Cognac region. The house distils Ugni Blanc grapes using traditional Charente copper pot stills and manages the entire cycle from vine to bottle. It represents an exceptional alternative for Scotch or whiskey drinkers looking for a rich, sweet dessert spirit at an affordable price point compared to the major houses.
