Loveblock TEE Sauvignon Blanc is a highly innovative, certified organic white wine from the Awatere Valley in Marlborough, New Zealand, famously created by Kim and Erica Crawford. Its defining feature is that it is made with no added sulphur dioxide (SO2)—the traditional wine preservative. Instead, the winemakers utilize natural tannin extracted from green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis) to provide powerful protection against oxidation and spoilage.

Elegant and mouth-filling with a slightly oily, mid-weight texture. It features flavors of yellow apple, peach, and ruby red grapefruit driven by a racy, crisp acidity and a mild tannin structural note.
