Cluster Flock Sauvignon Blanc is a highly expressive, vivid white wine crafted by the sustainability-focused label Citizen Wine. Sourced primarily from the world-famous Marlborough region of New Zealand, it is celebrated for its punchy aromatic profile, vibrant acidity, and cheeky backstory.

The wine gets its playful name from a vineyard mishap where an unattended flock of wild sheep wandered in and munched through half the crop. While it initially looked like a total disaster, this “accidental yield engineering” naturally thinned out the fruit. The remaining grapes absorbed all the nutrients, resulting in a much more concentrated, intensely flavourful harvest.

On the nose, expect an intense burst of elderflower, lime zest, gooseberry, and freshly cut grass. The palate brings a lively oceanic lift, rich stone fruit undertones, and a sharp, refreshing finish.
