Tasting Notes
The Weingut A.J. Adam Dhroner Hofberg Riesling Spätlese is a highly acclaimed, late-harvest German white wine produced in the Mosel region. Renowned for its tension and depth, it beautifully balances natural residual sweetness with striking, laser-sharp acidity.
This is an off-dry/medium-sweet style of Riesling (Spätlese translates to “late harvest”). Because much of the grape sugar is left unfermented to preserve sweetness, it features a traditionally low alcohol content, typically hovering between 7.5% and 8.5% ABV.
The delicate sweetness and piercing acidity make it a perfect match for sushi, spicy Thai dishes, or fruit-based desserts.
