Lustau Vermut Blanco is a premium, artisanal Spanish white vermouth produced by the historic Bodegas Lustau in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. It is celebrated as the first Vermouth Blanco in the history of the Jerez sherry region.

Unlike traditional white vermouths made from neutral white wines, Lustau uses a blend of two distinct sherry-producing wines, Fino Sherry: A bone-dry, crisp, and mineral wine that forms a fresh, savory, and yeasty backbone and Moscatel Wine, a sweet, silky, and highly aromatic wine that contributes floral notes, citrus, and hints of lychee.

A complex interplay of sweet and dry flavors. It opens with floral, herbaceous, and citrusy aromas, moving into a savory mid-palate, and concluding with a clean, pleasantly bitter, and nutty finish.
