White Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry is a benchmark, Alpine-style dry white vermouth that has been produced in Chambéry, France, to the same recipe since 1821.

It holds the unique distinction of being part of the only Appellation d’Origine awarded for vermouth.

This is the ultra-crisp, bone-dry bottle featuring 15 macerated botanicals (such as absinthe, brooklime, and orange bark) in a white Ugni Blanc wine base. It is the premier choice for a classic dry Martini.
