Monte Tondo Corvina Veneto IGT is a fresh, light-to-medium-bodied Italian red wine made from 100% Corvina grapes. Crafted by the family-run Monte Tondo estate located in the hills of Soave and Valpolicella, this wine stands out because Corvina is traditionally blended into heavier styles like Valpolicella or partially dried for Amarone. Instead, this expression is kept unblended and unoaked to highlight the grape’s naturally vibrant fruit profile.

It features high acidity and soft, low tannins. Because it is fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks and undergoes a short skin maceration (7–9 days), it retains a light, refreshing, and snappy elegance similar to a Pinot Noir.
