Tasting Notes
Rabarbaro Zucca is a historic and celebrated Italian Amaro (herbal liqueur) first created in Milan in 1845 by Ettore Zucca. Despite zucca being the Italian word for pumpkin or squash, the liqueur contains no pumpkin; it is named entirely after its creator and the famous Caffè Zucca in Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Infusion of Chinese rhubarb root, bitter orange peel, cardamom seeds, and a secret blend of aromatic herbs. A deep, bittersweet, and pleasantly smoky flavor with earthy undertones and a long, refined herbal finish.
