Vara Y Pulgar, Tintilla
You might find plenty of funky, weird or unusual wines. For many this is enough to catch attention, but if you add to this delicious flavour, incredible story behind and super rare grape, then you’re in for a real gem! Thanks to the chalky Albariza soil, Vara Y Pulgar has mineral and earthy notes with firm tannins. Tangy, black cherry note, spicy and a bit of a funky style complement the whole structure. Hefty, but not overpacked, just perfectly elegant! A real must try!
