St. Bernardus Pater 6 is a classic, traditional abbey-style Belgian Dubbel brewed by Brouwerij St.Bernardus in Watou, Belgium. Brewed using a historical recipe dating back to 1946, it is highly regarded as a benchmark for the dubbel style. In Belgium, it is affectionately known by its local nickname, “een Paterke” (which translates to “little monk”).

A playful duel between sweet, dark candy sugar and a dry, toasted grain character. Orchard fruit notes like apple and pear lead the mid-palate.
