Tasting Notes
Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA is a benchmark, West Coast-style American IPA brewed by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. It is famous for being the first beer brewed using the brewery’s custom-built “Hop Torpedo”—a stainless-steel, dry-hopping device that strips intense aromatic oils from whole-cone hops without extracting extra bitterness.
