Made using 100% fresh juice from hand-washed, heritage apples grown in local, spray-free orchards, it delivers a crisp, refreshing, and deeply authentic flavour profile.
Full-bodied and tart, offering a strong apple front that transitions into heavy tannins, hints of leather, and a remarkably clean, bone-dry finish.
