Põhjala Treeninglaager Tsitrus is a 0.5% ABV citrus-flavoured hypotonic non-alcoholic lager brewed by the acclaimed Estonian craft brewery, Põhjala Brewery.Designed as a functional sport beer, it was created in collaboration with the Estonian Olympic Track & Field athlete Rasmus Mägi. Because it is hypotonic, it is formulated to help the body rapidly restore fluid and mineral loss, making it an ideal post-workout or recovery drink
