Tasting Notes
Georgian wines are so interesting and distinct. Here, the grape variety is Rkatsiteli which is naturally fermented underground for thirty days in clay amphorae known here as Qvevri. Golden amber in colour with layers of walnut, apricot and wild honey.
Probably really different to anything you have tried but well worth a punt!
