A blend of Zweigelt and Pinot Noir.
While Weingut Pfaffl is based just north of the city in Stetten (Weinviertel), they have sustainably cultivated premium city vineyards since 2004, specifically in the Herrenholz and Praschen sites.
The Zweigelt provides a juicy, supple texture with rich sour cherry and blackberry notes. The Pinot Noir adds strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas, silky tannins, and an elegant, light-to-medium body.
