Pastore Sorbetto (Strawberry, Cherry & Lime) is an alcohol-free (0.5% ABV), lactic-fermented sour beer produced by Pastore Brewing and Blending based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. Originally conceptualised as a collaboration with Mash Gang, it has evolved into a recurring seasonal release, now on its fourth iteration (V4).
Features a strong, punchy backbone of tart cherry and citrusy lime, overlaid with the sweetness of real strawberries.
