Tasting Notes

A 6.7% ABV modern West Coast IPA. It is uniquely brewed as a “nod to Italian bitter aperitivos” (Amari). It incorporates gentian root—the same bitter botanical found in traditional vermouth and digestifs—alongside Centennial and Simcoe hops. It features an assertive piney and resinous bitterness with a sticky citrus character and a clean, refreshing, Campari-like finish.
