Pampelle Aperitif (specifically known as Pampelle Ruby l’Apéro) is an artisanal, bittersweet French liqueur centered entirely around the Star Ruby Red Grapefruit. It is crafted on the banks of the River Charente in the Cognac region of France and features an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 15%. It has gained massive popularity as a premium alternative to traditional Italian bitters like Aperol or Campari.
