Tasting Notes
Pacífico Clara (better known simply as Pacifico) is a highly popular, refreshing Mexican pilsner-style lager first brewed in 1900. It was originally created by German settlers—Jorge Claussen, Germán Evers, and Emilio Radostits—who opened the Cervecería del Pacífico in the Pacific ocean port city of Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
It pours a brilliant pale gold with a clear body and a light white head. It features a crisp, clean taste with a faint malt sweetness, subtle corn notes, and a very mild, refreshing hop bitterness on the finish.
