Pablo Fallabrino Soul Surfer Pét-Nat (also sometimes labeled as Alma Surfer) is an experimental, low-intervention sparkling wine produced by pioneer winemaker and avid surfer Pablo Fallabrino in Canelones, Uruguay.
An aromatic blend typically consisting of 60% Gewürztraminer (Aromatic Traminer), 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Moscato Bianco.
Grippy, vibrant, and deeply refreshing, it boasts wild notes of dark maraschino cherries, cranberries, and blackberries with supple tannins.
