Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume is a highly regarded, terroir-driven white Burgundy wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in one of Chablis’ most prestigious Premier Cru vineyards. Produced by the husband-and-wife oenologist team of Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre (now joined by their daughter Julie), the wine is celebrated for its purity, striking minerality, and vibrant, crisp profile.

Long, rich, and beautifully balanced. It delivers a combination of mouth-watering acidity, dense fruit structure, and a distinctively clean, saline finish typical of elite Chablis.
