Moor Beer Co. Kellerbier is a highly regarded, rustic 4.0% ABV unfiltered German-style lager brewed by the Bristol-based Moor Beer Company. Staying true to traditional Franconian brewing methods, it is slowly lagered in horizontal tanks and left entirely unfined, unpasteurised, and unfiltered. This process leaves the natural proteins and live yeast intact, giving the beer its signature hazy appearance and a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel.
