Unlike standard wine-based vermouths, it blends dry, nutty Amontillado and sweet, velvety Pedro Ximénez sherries that are aged for up to 10 years in a traditional solera system. This creates a deeply complex, bittersweet profile with an alcohol content of 15% ABV.
