Lustau Pedro Ximénez “San Emilio” is a highly acclaimed, ultra-sweet fortified dessert Sherry produced by the historic Bodegas Lustau in the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry D.O. region of Andalusia, Spain. Part of the esteemed Solera Familiar range, it is widely considered a benchmark example of 100% Pedro Ximénez (PX) winemaking.

Extremely rich, syrupy, and velvety. It delivers dominant flavours of liquid toffee, dark chocolate, and dried fruits balanced by a pleasant natural acidity that keeps it from being cloying.
