Emilio Lustau’s “Los Arcos” Solera Familiar Dry Amontillado is a highly-regarded, classic Spanish Sherry known for its rich, nutty profile and exceptional balance.

This Sherry undergoes a unique two-stage aging process:

Biological Aging: Aged under a “flor” (a veil of yeast) which keeps the wine crisp and protects it from oxygen.

Oxidative Aging: The flor naturally breaks down, allowing the wine to come into direct contact with oxygen, which darkens the color and develops deep, complex flavours.
