Holy Goat, Limonata Sour

Tasting Notes

Brewed in collaboration with Newbarns Brewery, inspired by Limonata soft drinks to produce a mixed fermentation beer version.  Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown oats. Fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured with ambient yeast. Refermented with over 100kg of lemons, with a mixture of 60kg comminute and 40kg organically grown whole lemons from Comares, Spain. The whole lemons were zested and juiced by hand.
