The Philippe Gavignet Nuits-Saint-Georges Vieilles Vignes (VV) is an elegant, full-bodied red Burgundy wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes. Produced by the family-run Domaine Philippe Gavignet, it is highly regarded for countering the typically rustic profile of the appellation with notable finesse, balance, and purity.
Dense and fuller-bodied yet framed by silky, fine-grained tannins. It strikes a great balance between crunchy red fruit, fresh acidity, and a stony, mineral finish.
