Les Vignobles Foncalieu Piquepoul Rosé is a distinctively crisp, pale pink dry wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of Southern France, primarily under the IGP Coteaux d’Ensérune designation. What makes this rosé unique is that it is crafted entirely from 100% Piquepoul Noir, a rare, ancient dark-skinned mutation of the famous Picpoul Blanc grape. Only a tiny acreage of these vines remains in southern France.
