Tasting Notes
Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Bottled-in-Bond (BIB) is a premium line of Kentucky straight bourbon produced by the Buffalo Trace Distillery. The brand honours Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., a founding pioneer of the modern whiskey industry who heavily championed the original Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
Sweet caramel corn, butterscotch, and baked toffee apples on the nose, leading to a palate of rich oak, cinnamon spice, and a smooth, tobacco-leaf finish.
