Aged in a heavily charred oak foeder for 3 years. Dark malts, cherries and vanilla meld over time resulting in toasted oak, rounded richness and balanced tartness. Warmth from the dark malts and higher alcohol this is a smooth, rich and delicious Lambic style dark beer to sip and savour.
