Tasting Notes

Poulsard (sometimes spelled Ploussard) is a unique red grape native to the Jura region. It has very thin skins. Because of this, the wine has a very pale, clear ruby color that can sometimes look like a dark rosé wine.

Strong scents of fresh red fruits like strawberries and raspberries, mixed with light floral and spicy notes.

Light-bodied, soft, and easy to drink with very gentle tannins and a crisp, elegant freshness.
