Domaine de Galuval “Le Coq Volant” Rouge is a silky, fruit-forward red wine from the Côtes du Rhône Villages appellation in the Southern Rhône Valley, France. Produced by the Domaine de Galuval estate—nestled between Cairanne and Rasteau—the wine gets its name (“The Flying Rooster”) from the weather vane on the estate that spins in the region’s famous Mistral wind.

A combination of expressive black and red fruits, layered with floral notes of violets (characteristic of Syrah) and gentle, elegant spice from the oak ageing.
