Derrumbes Oaxaca Joven Mezcal is a premium, artisanal spirit crafted in the Central Valley of Oaxaca to showcase the region’s historic terroir. Produced by third-generation maestro mezcalero Javier Mateo in the famous town of Santiago Matatlán, it is an ensemble (blend) of two iconic agaves: Espadín and Tobalá.

This expression is an exceptional sipping mezcal when served neat at room temperature, preferably alongside traditional orange slices and worm salt (sal de gusano). However, its bold 48% ABV proof and light smokiness also make it an excellent base for high-end cocktails like a Mezcal Negroni or a complex Oaxaca Old Fashioned.
