Château de Montifaud VS 5 Year Old is a premium, artisan Cognac crafted in the prestigious Petite Champagne region of France.
While standard regulations only require a VS (Very Special) Cognac to be aged for a minimum of 2 years, the independent, family-owned Château de Montifaud deliberately ages this entry-level expression for 4 to 5 years in French oak barrels.
This extended maturation delivers a spirit that is exceptionally smooth, round, and devoid of the aggressive alcohol burn or heavy tannins often found in younger standard brandies.
