Tasting Notes

On the nose, waxy peels and toasted nuts supported by snubbed candle and waves of beach bonfire smoke. On the palate, Earthy peat smoke shrouds treacle toffee, peppery spice and oily malt. A spicy, smoky finish of smouldering embers and plump dried fruit.
