The Anton Bauer “Gmirk” Grüner Veltliner is an acclaimed, sustainably produced Austrian white wine from the Wagram region. Crafted by fourth-generation winemaker Anton Bauer, this varietal is known for delivering an impressive quality-to-price ratio with its vibrant acidity and classic, terroir-driven character. Note that in older vintages, this specific bottling was labeled as “Gmörk”.

Dry and medium-bodied with crisp, mouth-watering acidity. It features flavors of tart Granny Smith apples, melon, and a distinctive wet-stone mineral backbone.
