The Akashi Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu large (72cl / 720ml) bottle is a premium “Grand Cru” sake meticulously hand-crafted by the Akashi Sake Brewery in the Hyogo prefecture of Japan.

A nose that offers an explosion of aromas, including melon, lemon, bitter orange, sage and subtle herbaceous notes. The palate offers a perfect balance of lemon and bitter orange to offer a long-lasting finish.

Milled down to 38%, which allows for a remarkably pure, refined flavor profile.
