We are happy to welcome Julie Hamilton, brand ambassador for Elixir Distillers from Scotland, to host a masterclass on matching various types of beer with Whisky, particularly from Islay as this is their primary focus. The fiery peat, smoke and medicinal tones of Islay whiskies are to be tamed and cooled by an array of beers.
