Crush is a weekend long wine festival, taking place in venues across the city and working with some of its finest independents.
Each tasting, talk or unique wine menu offer is crafted to give its audience a unique experience
where they can enjoy exciting wine, learn a thing or two and have fun
Cotham:
We are delighted to offer a taste of Germany, wines that are both modern and traditional.
First wine: FIO Ratzelhaft Weiss, 2015 Mosel, Germany
A modern , riper style of the iconic Riesling from the Mosel with great depth of fruit and mineral balance.
Second wine : Mack’s Silvaner, 2015, Franken , Germany
From the very traditional region of Franken , this Silvaner shows notes of pear & melon balanced by a long citrus finish.
North Street :
We are delighted to offer a taste of Alsace, France.
First wine : Mittnacht, Cuvee Gyotaku, 2015, Alsace,France
A brilliantly crafted blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat and Gewurztraminer, lots of stone fruits, rose petal and mineral overtone.
Second wine : Bruno Sorg, Pinot Noir 2016, Alsace,France
Elegant and restrained, vivacious nose filled with summer berries, cherry and a hint of spice.
