We are delighted to offer by the glass, Germany meets Alsace.

All four wines that are offered as free tasters at our Cotham and North Street Shops will be on to purchase by the glass,

along with more information and tasting notes provided by our staff.

Prices will vary.

We are holding our Madeira Day on Saturday 2nd December.

There two Madeiras on tasting in all three shops with Traditional Molasses Cake to taste.

On Friday 8th December we have Black Cow Vodka and the cheese on tasting in all shops. Situated on England’s West Dorset coast they produce the worlds only Pure Milk Vodka made entirely from the milk of grass grazed cows and nothing else.

Fresh whole milk makes an exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy character.

The milk is separated into curds and whey. The curds are used to make cheese, the whey is fermented into a beer using a special yeast that converts the milk sugar into alcohol. This milk beer is then distilled and treated to a secret blending process.

The vodka is then triple filtered and finished, before being hand bottled.

Black Cow is made from the same milk that is used to make Barber’s 1833 cheddar,

and the Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar.

Plus on Thursday 13th December Psychopomp Microdistillery will be at Cargo serving Mulled Gin on Thursday 13th of December.
