Mills Brewing’s Bière de Coupage is a 4.5% to 4.6% ABV spontaneously fermented farmhouse ale that blends young and mature barrel-aged beers. True to the historic French/Belgian coupage tradition (“cutting” or blending), it captures the bright freshness of young grain alongside the deep complexity, funk, and acidity of long-aged barrels.
