BEAK , Stacks x Evil Twin Brewing IMPERIAL STOUT

Tasting Notes

“Stacks” is a 10% ABV Imperial Pastry Stout launched in September 2026 as a heavy-hitting collaboration between East Sussex-based Beak Brewery and the iconic New York craft pioneers Evil Twin Brewing.

Designed as a liquid dessert, this decadent, thick, and unctuous stout is heavily inspired by Evil Twin’s signature “Even More” series philosophy. It is aggressively adjunct-loaded to deliver massive, sweet comfort-food flavours.

It is packed with cacao nibs, toasted coconut, Madagascan vanilla, and vegan marshmallows.
