Early Pick Riwaka is a Double Dry-Hopped (DDH) Hazy IPA brewed by Two Flints Brewery in collaboration with DEYA Brewing Company. This beer represents the third installment of an ongoing series by Two Flints that explores how different hop harvesting timelines impact flavour profiles. The “Early Pick” version centres around Riwaka hops harvested at the very beginning of the season, yielding an incredibly vibrant, bright, and estery flavour profile. It is paired with a heavy foundational use of high-survivable whirlpool hops like Centennial, alongside Motueka, Citra, and Dolcita.
