Barbeito 20 Year Old Malvasia is an incredibly complex, premium sweet Madeira wine produced by the highly acclaimed Vinhos Barbeito. Crafted by master blender Ricardo Diogo using the traditional canteiro aging process in oak casks, it is celebrated for its precise balance of rich, unctuous sweetness and vibrant, racy acidity.

Because Barbeito releases this wine in limited, uniquely numbered small batches (such as Lot 14050, Lot 18143, or the historic Ribeiro Real series), the exact profile can vary slightly by bottling, though they all maintain a signature style.

While labeled 20 Years Old, these lots are typically a carefully deliberated blend of younger components married with much older, rare multi-decade wines (sometimes dating back 35 to 60 years).

Features a golden-amber colour with green highlights. The bouquet is complex, revealing layers of dried figs, prunes, salted caramel, toffee, walnuts, pine, and warming baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
