Co-fermented using Pastore’s fresh house sour mixed culture, which combines Hornindal Kveik yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. A tart, refreshing, and highly accessible summer sour. It balances the bright, sharp acidity of red raspberries with the softer, jammy sweetness of strawberries.
Heavy fruit conditioning utilizing 175 grams per litre of real strawberry and raspberry purees.
