It combines their signature rich, golden, naturally sweet keeved cider with a large portion of local Butts perry pears and Ashmeads Kernel apples. Made using 100% pure fruit juice from local orchards, slowly fermented with wild yeasts, and handled entirely in-house through cold racking and keeving.
