Tasting Notes

Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from their Longney and Flaxley vineyards are combined here. Delicate handling with short skin contact time yields this deliciously pale rosé colour, with a warm copper hue.

The wine opens up in the glass with delicate aromas of strawberry, peach and just a hint of passion fruit, which follow onto the fruity palate. It is dry, yet with a balanced acidity, leaving a long finish.
