Oude Quetsche Tilquin à l’Ancienne is a highly regarded, spontaneously fermented plum Lambic produced by Gueuzerie Tilquin in Wallonia, Belgium.

Typically uses Prune de Namur or Quetsche véritable d’Alsace (similar to Damsons).

Gueuzerie Tilquin is a traditional lambic blender (geuzestekerij). Rather than brewing the base liquid from scratch, master blender Pierre Tilquin sources young worts from legendary traditional producers, including Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon.
