Wilding Cider Major/Minor is a premium, low-intervention fine cider produced by Wilding Cider, a small-batch natural cider company based in Chew Magna, Somerset.

The “Major/Minor” name references its formulation as an early-season blend centered around the classic Somerset bittersweet apple variety, Major. Depending on the harvest year, it is masterfully blended with several other heritage varieties, including:

Bittersweets: Major, Harry Masters Jersey, Dove, and Ellis Bitter.

Bitter / sharps: Foxwhelp, Kingston Black, Frederick, Tom Putt, and Backwell Red.

Sweets / Russets: St Edmund’s Russet and Blenheim Orange
